We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and quality plumbing and gas services to people from Ladysmith to Parksville. Jordan & Melissa: Owners and Operators.
Jordan and Melissa have made Vancouver Island their home since 2018, and in 2020 started High Tide Plumbing & Gas Ltd.
Jordan is a Red Seal, Journeyman Plumber and a ticketed gas fitter with 15 years of industry experience. While experience is important it is only the start and Jordan is eager for learning opportunities for himself and his team members. If you have called High Tide Plumbing and Gas you have spoken to Jordan, he is the face and the voice of High Tide.
Melissa is an integral part of High Tide, Mel is the floater/catch-all superhero admin that helps everyone keep their poop in a group. We may be able to answer the phone, do the job and bill the job but without her support, the business would become a disorganized shit show (pardon the puns)
Tamme: Journeyman Gasfitter
Tamme joined the High Tide team in January 2021. She is a journeyman-ticketed gas fitter. Tamme’s knowledge of local codes and regulations makes her a great team member to lean on for technical knowledge. She provides quality gas installation as well as thorough gas equipment servicing and maintenance. Tamme is also a lot of fun to work with, friendly, caring and always looking for opportunities to educate customers on the health and safety aspects of their equipment.
Matt: Apprentice
Matt started with High Tide in August 2021 and is the newest addition to our team. Like Jordan and Tamme before him Matt is now enrolled to become a journeyman plumber/gasfitter, he is excited for the new opportunity to learn a new trade. Although he has just started his learning journey he is great at anticipating the needs of the journeyman he is working with and is a fast learner.
